In December 12, 2015, nearly 200 state parties signed and passed the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (hereinafter referred to as the "Paris Convention") and established a multilateral mechanism for the protection of the environment and cooperative win-win to enhance confidence in promoting global climate governance. The signing of the agreement will ensure that after 2020, countries will make "Intended Nationally Determined Contributions" and approach to participate in global actions to tackle climate change.
